Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Purple Onyx for your nail care needs. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy:

💅 Booking Your Appointment:

  • A deposit of 5% of the service rate is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
  • For group and party bookings, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required to confirm your reservation.
  • House calls are available for your convenience, and travel expenses will be added to the total service cost.

💅 Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be no cancellation fee, and your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • For same-day cancellations, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to the deposit.

💅 Late Arrivals:

  • We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will need to adjust the service to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
  • In the event of a late arrival, the full-service fee will still apply, and the service duration will be adjusted accordingly.

💅 Missed Appointments:

  • In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, the full-service fee will be charged to your account.

💅 Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

💅 Confirmation and Reminders:

  • To help you keep track of your appointments, we will send you a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder email or text message 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Please ensure that your contact information is accurate, so you receive these important updates.
